Today I left the Grande Centre Point Hotel, on Mahatlek Luang Soi 1, at about 11 am. Outside I saw the same taxi driver that yesterday try to charge me 400 Baht to take a 50 Baht ride. He smiled to me and asked me to ride with him, he said "meter, meter". I smiled back to him and said thank you but today I would like to walk. Off course I got in another taxi as soon as I was out on Ratchadamri road.

Tonight I will go out to eat dinner with the guy from Denmark. He asked me to choose the restaurant and I think I want to go to Baan Klang Nam. I like that restaurant because I think it's very nice and they have good Thai food, a good view of the river and it's not so expensive.

Yesterday I talked to one of my friends about studying English. My friends name is Ae. Ae is studying English right now which is why I talked to her, I thought maybe she could give me some advice. Ae has a Farang teacher that comes to meet her in different places. They usually meet in cafés or other places like that. I asked her how much she had to pay and she said 700 Baht per hour and every day she studies two hours so that's 1400 Baht every day. I think that is a little bit too expensive for me. My friend has been studying with this teacher for more than 5 months now and she still does not speak good English. For that price I think it's better to go to one of the bigger language schools in Bangkok. There you can study a lot more hours for the same price.
